The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester

London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.
Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).
The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

The staff was very friendly yet discreet, the food was very well made and the atmosphere relaxing and posh.

A local Chinese restaurant with a very high style, the environment is nothing to say, absolutely first-class, and the decoration looks clean and comfortable. The dishes are all exquisite and small routes, which is very suitable for banqueting friends.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there were quite a lot of people, so we sat in the outdoor open-air seat and ordered a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich was an open-top dish with avocado, hot spring egg, chopped nuts, vine tomatoes, ricotta cheese, and country bread. It was rich and tasted good. The salad was burrata cheese.

Chai Wu, the decoration of this restaurant is very much like the Jiangnan town. You can see the care of the store owner. Dining here makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. We ordered a table full of delicious dishes and were very satisfied with the meal.

整个英国就四家米其林三星，真正在伦敦的只有两家。一家是Gordon Ramsay位于Chelsea区，另外一家就是我这次去的Alain Ducasse，就在老牌奢华酒店The Dorchester。Alain Ducasse是法国人，在法国摩洛哥都有餐厅，全球唯一的香奈儿餐厅&mdash;&mdash;东京香奈儿银座旗舰店顶楼的Beige也是他负责，是家米其林二星。因为整个伦敦就两家米其林三星，所以虽然价格昂贵，仍然一位难求，要去的话一定要定位，餐厅官网就能接受预订。我们点了2道不同的套餐，Tasting Menu是7道菜140镑，seasonal menu是7道菜180镑。菜品完全不一样，可以都尝试下。话说回来米其林三星究竟能有多好吃呢，其实也不用抱过分的期待，我认为米其林餐厅更多的是对食材原料的精选，料理的创意，调味的层次感与和谐。

There are only four Michelin three-star restaurants in the whole UK, and only two of them are actually in London. One is Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, and the other is Alain Ducasse, which I went to this time, which is located in the old luxury hotel The Dorchester.

We ordered two different set meals, the Tasting Menu is 7 dishes for 140 pounds, and the seasonal menu is 7 dishes for 180 pounds. The dishes are completely different, you can try them all.
In fact, there is no need to have excessive expectations. I think Michelin restaurants are more about the selection of ingredients, the creativity of cooking, and the layering and harmony of seasoning.

We were brought here by a local colleague, who is a real Londoner and very gentlemanly. The dishes were good, but because it was brought by a colleague, the waiter was very polite and the service was not at the same level as for tourists.

和小伙伴点了A La Carte，加上white wine 140镑左右。先来点评一下菜品，前菜我点的是carb，搭配着鱼子酱和根芹菜（这个名字好别扭&hellip;）极大的还原了食物最本质的鲜嫩清新的口感，这也是这家餐厅菜品的主要特色。小伙伴点的珍珠鸡混合鸭肝，配上可食用的大黄，口感也不错。重头戏是主菜，龙虾的口感尤其紧实鲜嫩，汤汁看似浓厚实则丝毫没有掩盖食材本质的味道。Sea Bass 搭配黄瓜也是很创新的一个尝试。甜点因为是生日，点了berry的小蛋糕还很贴心的帮我点了小蜡烛。题外话这家的服务特别赞，waiter既专业又幽默并且拍照水平极佳（长得也很帅啊～～）并且环境尤为优雅

餐厅就在海德公园附近，常年门口停着跑车。很气派，非常传统贵族气息的感觉。中间还有水晶帘包房，周围座位很多。服务员很多，还有亚裔面孔的。中国人来这里吃饭的也不少。菜品中规中矩，味道还可以但是摆拍很一般。同样价格的话，伦敦还有更好的餐厅值得去。当然，有钱任性的朋友不妨自己来这里感受一下。

The restaurant is near Hyde Park, and there is a sports car parked at the door all year round. Very stylish, very traditional and noble feeling. There is also a crystal curtain private room in the middle, with many seats around. There are many waiters and Asian faces. Chinese people come here to eat a lot. The dishes are quite satisfactory, the taste is OK but the posing is very general. At the same price, there are better restaurants in London worth going. Of course, rich and wayward friends may wish to come here to feel it for themselves.

个人觉得三星的评价实在有点过了，服务并没有很贴心但也还算可以。菜品确实是米其林水准但是难说惊艳，牛排非常不错肉质软嫩sause也恰到好处。虽说吃的很享受但是短期之内没有再想来的想法了

Personally feel that Samsung&#39;s evaluation is a bit too much, the service is not very intimate but it is OK. The dishes are indeed Michelin-level but it is difficult to say amazing. The steak is very good. The meat is soft and tender. Although I enjoyed the food, I didn&#39;t think about it any more in the short term.
